IMO, the quickest win is to put #ThamesWater in special measures, then rush thru legislation to ensure most debt is carried by the investors.

@ErikUden Ich weiß nicht wer dahinter steckt. Dass bei NorthStream alle sofort Russland die Schuld gegeben haben, obwohl das wirklich überhaupt keinen Sinn ergeben hat, hat damals mein Vertrauen ziemlich erschüttert.
Und das jetzt wieder gesagt wird, dass das hochprofessionell und mit viel Fachwissen ausgeführt wurde, obwohl die es offensichtlich nicht geschafft haben mit zwei (oder außer mehr?) fliegenden Bomben irgendeinen Schaden anzurichten, ist auch nicht wirklich überzeugend.

Brits in Holnicote have put rivers back onto their floodplains, restored wetlands instead of draining them, and released beavers that now build ponds and maintain the wetlands themselves. The same wetlands slow storm water and cut flood risk to villages downstream. Aerial photographs this month show Holnicote as a green block in a yellow county. @julian The thing I find most interesting about that post is just how (understandably) grounded it is in the gGmbH's perspective. But a narrow view from that perspective runs the risk of preferring solutions that serve as scaffolding for precariously overpopulated servers and only serving the needs of smaller servers secondarily. I end up wondering if a coalition of small/medium server admins wouldn't have come up with a different approach more grounded in peer-to-peer tooling.
@lrhodes Interesting, in my reading it would be smaller servers that would (proportionally) benefit more from the ability to offload some duties. I could be wrong.
A P2P architecture would mean that every server needs to keep doing (at least its local share of) the work, and then information could be exchanged between them about e.g. spam flags? I could see that working as well, not sure I see the advantages re: trust. If the same data is shared, it now goes to n other servers instead of one.
